Your tasks:
- You will be responsible for the entire order processing – from creating and editing order-related documents to invoicing.
- You will organize logistics and schedules – including logistics notifications, coordination with shipping companies and internal departments, and delivery date planning.
- You will independently manage inventory – including administration and maintenance of relevant data.
- You will be the point of contact for our customers – providing advice over the phone, handling complaints, and creating and maintaining statistics and analyses.
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification.
- You have a high level of professional competence, are resilient, flexible, and can keep track of things even in stressful situations.
- You have organizational skills, think ahead, and identify with your tasks.
- You work independently, have strong communication and teamwork skills, and are confident in using MS Office.
